London June 2015

This week 1st-3rd June our Comenius Project teams have been meeting in London, at St Bernadette's School. The children performed an assembly for the visitors and sang the Comenius song which will be published on this web-site. The teachers spent a lot of time in class, watching the children learn different subjects such as; English, Maths and Science. They also saw our Y6 children taking part in a performance of Hamlet by William Shakespeare, who is one of the famous characters that they have been studying as part of the Comenius Project.

The teachers toured parts of London and watched a show in the West End-- The Phantom of the Opera which was a fantastic experience!

This was our final scheduled meeting for the Project but we hope to continue our work next year if we are accepted into the Erasmus Project.
